Check the validation issues service

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

[domain]/user/quote_service/edit/16

1. Overall Getlancer.
2. Login as a freelancer ( aisha / agriya).
3. Go to list your service.
4. Check the below-mentioned issues.

• In list your service mobile number accepts the negative values

• In list your service mobile number accepts the single value

• Go to List your service, here go to FAQ, here select any question and click "answer for this question", without entering answer close that question. Now click "add your own question and answer", in question test box previously opened question is displayed

• Requests a service, check the others page alignment

• If we selecting all the subcategory, that time only "category" should be displayed as selected. But now, we selected the single subcategory also, "category" displayed as selected.
