Reassign resources to students from the submissions view

When students complete tasks and do poorly, I want to reassign those tasks on future date. I want to be able to select the submissions that need to be done again via the submissions list.

• Adjust the date in brackets if one exists for the label and submission name to match the date assigned.
• Need a wizard like the resources assign wizard that allows the setting of:
• • Date Assigned
• • Time assigned
• • Due Date
• • Point Scale
• • Displays a list of the selected submissions with the option to remove from the list

The end result is that each submission has been copied with the necessary original details, but updated based on the wizard settings. And of course the Answer field has been cleared or set to the default answer if one is attached to the resource.
