Add the abillity to rename an ontology

To explore these two paths:

1. Check if it’s possible to change the acronym and all its occurrences throughout all graphs.

2. Decided to interface a button on the admin page that will open a litle form to decalre the old ACRONYM and new ONE. This will launch a side process (Sidekiq) that will: (i) create a new ontology, (ii) transfer the submissions one by one (with complete parsing of only the last one); (iii) remove the old one.
