I am seeking an open-source Arabic AI chatbot system that excels in intelligence reporting and can generate accurate intelligence reports. The solution should have memory capabilities to track conversations and data. My requirements include:

• Full support for Arabic language
• Advanced intelligence reporting features
• Memory to track and reference previous conversations
• Ready-to-run APK for Android or a very simple installation method (no coding experience)

If such a project exists, please share the APK or guide me with a simple, step-by-step method for installation. Alternatively, any suggestions or directions to similar open-source solutions are highly appreciated.

Basically, to make an Arabic AI chatbot that remembers past chats and can write proper intelligence reports, you’d start by picking a good open-source Arabic model like Jais-13B or Noor or check out Arcee-Meraj for accurate Arabic understanding or check out Mistral's new AI model specializes in Arabic and related languages
Then you’d connect it to a memory system, like LangChain’s conversation memory, so it can keep track of facts and references from earlier in the chat. You’d add a reporting template in Arabic (executive summary, facts, analysis, recommendations) so it always outputs in a clear, structured way.
And To run it without coding, you could use FlowiseAI to visually connect the model, memory, and report generator, then export it as a web app and turn it into an APK with PWABuilder.
