Bad generation result when set top_k = 1

When set top_k = 1 and top_p < 0, the generated image of ruDALL-E Malevich (XL) is bad:
text: 'радуга на фоне ночного города'

What's the possible reason of it? How to understand the phenomenon.

i am not advanced researcher (i dont even know what top_k does), but i saw that top_k changes amount of details
dont make it lower than 256, it would turn into three shapes lol
