Hello Torsten,
great work, I'm really impressed by this project.
I want to connect a BMS Growatt APX 5.0-30.0P-S2 High Voltage Battery System to a
Inverter INVT BD10 KTR-RH3(E) with a raspberry Pi4 with a waveshare RS485_CAN_HAT.
I have aready checked the connection from the bms-to-inverter to the INVT Inverter via CAN:
-
NULL-BMS Configurion Pylon-Can and Battery Simulation
-
NULL-BMS Configurion Pylon-hv-Can and Battery Simulation
The communication with the Pylon-Can configuration seems to be working.
The Growatt BMS has an RS485 interface.
The ‘bms-to-inverter’ project does not include a BMS adapter
for Growatt RS485. There is, however, an adapter for Growatt RS485
inverters, but it is not selectable.
I would suggest that the Growatt RS485 BMS and the Growatt RS485 inverter use the same protocol.
Can you help me with the implementation of a Growatt RS485 BMS adapter?
Regards
Bernhard
