Python serve.py not working in terminal

python: can't open file 'serve.py': [Errno 2] No such file or directory

make sure you are in the right directory

also try the direct pathing, as well as (if python3), use python3 as prefix

Also, this repo needs Pywin32, meaning the OS MUST be Windows!
