Potential bug in create_magnetic_allotrope method with Hubbard structure

When using a HubbardStructureData as input to create_magnetic_allotrope (src/aiida_common_workflows/workflows/relax/quantum_espresso/generator.py), it appears that the Hubbard params are not considered for the resulting structure.
