The tutorial rely on aiida-workgraph which relies on things in aiida-core. With the upcoming breaking changes we will break downstream aiida-workgraph quite a lot and fixing this downstream is nonsensical given that we want to migrate it to core. Until we have not integrated aiida-workgraph into aiida-core I am disabling the execution of the tutorial for each PR. This issue is a reminder to not forget to put this back before v3 release.
