The Accessioned Golden Path (AGP) map visualizes the location of the finished BACs in the chromosome pseudomolecules. The AGP map can now be compared with the genetic map, allowing to rapidly identify candidate BACs in the emerging tomato genome sequence from mapping intervals.</span>
