missing headers_received signal in TraceConfig

Is your feature request related to a problem?

aiohttp's client tracing docs state the request flow has a stage named headers_received. I suppose this means response headers received. But TraceConfig has no declared signal handler for it.

Describe the solution you'd like

Tracing when response headers are received is usefull for early request time measuring. A new signal should be added at TraceConfig.on_response_headers_received.

this does exist in aiohttp.tracing (aiohttp.tracing.TraceRequestHeadersSentParams), but was never imported into the main file.

Hi @kart2004 i'm currently looking for a way to get something along the lines of a Time-to-first-byte (TTFB) for a monitoring application i'm making with aiohttp, getting the timing for headers received seemed like the best option, is the project dead ? or is there another way i could do it?

@Dreamsorcerer I reached out to kart2004 and I've been told they haven't gotten to work on it, I'm open to see if i could implement one more signal on a separate branch
