Do not share entire connector directory for each connector

Currently, all connectors are mounting ${DATA_PATH}/connectors but they should be mounting their respective subdirectory, e.g., ${DATA_PATH}/connectors/zenodo. Otherwise there is a risk that connectors interfere with each other by accident (or maliciously).
