(maybe) Move `date_deleted` from `AIoDConcept` to `AIoDEntryORM`

AIoDEntryORM is for the meta-data, and date_deleted is meta-data. Moreover, AIoDEntryORM also has the creation and modification dates, so you would expected the deletion date there as well. I haven't looked into whether there are technical considerations that made date_deleted be added to AIoDConcept instead, so that warrants a look first.
