data_root and dataset_root paths in config should be less user specific

The /home/yankangwei part of the path in the data_root and dataset_root properties is user specific. A value derived from the shell or a user provided parameter should be used instead. This is a list of files with the username in the path.

Also, /opera-main is not the root directory created by cloning the repository. It should be updated to reflect the project name, Person-in-WiFi-3D-repo.
