Here is good article with changes after London hard fork.

One of the main changes, as I understand, - is new transactions with another fee calculation.

So, is it in plan to update hs-web3 accordingly to London changes?

This is definitely required improvements. I’ll glad to support if someone implement it. In other case I’ll implement it in coming months.
