[BUG] Cannot control addresses in Kusama subscription

I purchased a Kusama subscription through the polkadot.js.org interface. It was successfully reflected in the dapp. However, the dapp won't let me add or remove addresses to the subscription with the following error:

Therefore, I had to add addresses to the subscription also through polkadot.js.org.

4. Expected behavior

Addresses should be added to the subscription.
