One of the best UI seen so far. Great work.
There is some confusion in the steps mentioned in the readme.

1. The last part Create local folders for Mongo and Postgres volumes, and add to .yml file accordingly.
   It is a bit confusing if possible add a comment saying 'change here' or add line number from the respectively .yml file in the readme?
2. There is white space in the stackMac.yml line 50 (tanukansaldocker123/codist-postgres:arm64).
   Please remove the white space or it will give an error during the final build command.
