global epsilon constant for unit tests

Some unit tests fail because of numeric imprecisions, e.g. prismatic-joint-twist-solvers. I fixed them by adding a local epsilon to the equality tests.

Consider adding a global constant epsilon. Questions:

• test-only vs. entire lib?
• machine-dependent?
• style-guide for adding constants in clojure?
