Can't use docker container (source or destination) if docker engine is not on the same host as PyAirbyte (Docker in Docker) #645

Description

@nicob3y

Temporary config or catalog files are not accessible from the container because the paths to access them differ between the PyAirbyte and Docker hosts.
Providing the AIRBYTE_TEMP_DIR variable alone does not resolve this issue.

The only way to do it is to map the same /tmp directory of both hosts, which is far from ideal.

I propose this PR #644 to address this issue.
