Tiktok rate limit

I just set up my Tiktok connection on my airbyte instance, running locally on docker. I first set up only two streams: campaigns and campaigns_reports_daily. Campaigns doesn't flag any errors, but campaigns_reports_daily will always fail with the message below:

Warning from source: Exhausted available request attempts. Please see logs for more details. Exception: TikTok Marketing API rate limit exceeded. Please verify that only one Airbyte connection with the same credentials is running at a time. If the problem persists, even after ensuring that only one connection is running, please contact Airbyte support. Due to too many requests, requests from App [my app id] are temporarily restricted.

I have the necessary scope of permission on the APP and I also got aproved for Advanced API rate limiting(20 QPS). I confirmed I have only one Tiktok connection running(with these two streams).

What can I do to avoid hitting this rate limit?
