We've escalated this to our team for investigation. For context on what's likely happening: on connector version 1.2.x, the meeting- and report-related streams only support full refresh sync mode, so every sync re-reads all meetings and makes per-meeting API calls against Zoom's rate-limited API. This is typically what drives long sync times even for modest data volumes. Work is in progress to restore incremental sync support for these streams, which should significantly reduce sync durations once released.

In the meantime, a possible mitigation is to disable any streams you don't need in the connection's schema settings, which reduces the number of Zoom API calls per sync.
