Switching from "Manage Sources" to "Manage Files" does not change the displaying windows

Application version AirDC++w 2.14.1b-42-g3ab9 x86_64
Web UI version 2.14.1-beta.1
Web UI build date October 12, 2025 3:00 PM

Operating system:

• OS: Manjaro
• Browser: Firefox (latest stable version)

Steps to reproduce the issue:

1. Download something in your queue
2. Select with the bottom arrow ⬇️ "Manage Sources"
3. Close the windows, and Select with the bottom arrow ⬇️ "Manage Files"

The windows appears here is the one for "Manage Sources"

It seems not being 100% recurrent, do not hesitate to do again the step 2 and 3

• I can still reproduce it with latest beta (AirDC++w 2.14.1b-48-gff18a x86_64)
• using firefox nightly and chrome
• If I'm doing really quickly the combination {"Manage Sources" + esc + "Manage Files" + esc}, I have the bug at 100%
• we can see the url loading is not right (eg the same URL is for "Manage Sources" and "Manage Files")
