Slow response time while using with ACF Pro Plugin.

REST API end point take a too much time to load the data. Each API take 4 to 5 second to load the response.
Can you please guide me how we reduce the response time of REST API using this plugin.

Is there any way we can reduce REST API response time below 100 millisecond. We have multiple API.
