When activating plugin, fields disappear in /wp-json/wp/v2/products/xxxxxx

I have two text fields in ACF products ("variants" and "options") which disappear when activating the plugin.

I can see them with /wp-json/wp/v2/products/xxxxxx before activation, no more after activation.
Of course they cannot be seen either with /wp-json/acf/v3/produits/xxxxxx.

Any clue, please?
