Working payload examples

Hello, I'm trying, without success, to create a valid QR code that represent a simple Ethereum transfer so that the vault can recognise and sign it. Can you please provide some working examples of that payload in the repo or in the documentation?

From ethereum, there 3 QR code formats that the Vault can recognize. EIP 4527(recommended, because it's widely adopted), our V2 & V3.
