Increase 3D aircraft pick radius for distant aircraft

When viewing aircraft in 3D mode, the click target is too small for distant aircraft, requiring precise clicks directly on the aircraft model. The pick/selection radius should scale based on distance from the camera so that farther aircraft are easier to select.
