[Suggestion] Adjust segment notification in fullscreen mode on Desktop #2365

Hello, I'm writing to suggest the segment notification window location be adjusted to better fit with the new YT UI layout. Currently the notification floats just above the new in-video Like/Dislike/Comments bar when in its compact for, however when moused near it expands to cover the entire element. This can cause some UX frustration if the user is trying to interact with the native UI element before/during/after a segment while the notification remains on screen. My suggestion would be to move the entire notification box area up a bit so that it does not intersect with the bar, however an alternative could be to have the notification box expand upward from the compact position instead of downward.
