Group multiple conneccted/overlapped skips to perform one skip #2381

Observed during creating new entries while system was under heavy load with Firefox that preview of first skip jumped to second, started to play and then jumped past second as should have logically happened. This may only be an issue during editing but did make testing cause me to do a doubletake that I moved both the end and start of related edits properly.
I do on-page editing with editing the start point through analysis of inspect (always relevant) and preview (inconsistent under heavy load or if browser has lag/bloat from not restarting recent enough). I will create a 'temporary' edit point with a start at the endpoint of another as there is no inspect/preview type of button available for the endpoint and that allows me to 'create' the missing buttons.
