0.4.1 geocoding failed

**Describe the bug**
Using the latest version 0.4.1 facing following error when using the pipeline: 


```
Binder Error: Cannot compare values of type BIGINT and type INTEGER[] - an explicit cast is required

LINE 148: where (rank<=?) or (rank is null)
```



downgrade to version 0.3.22 works
