Time-Limitation for Websites

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
I sometimes spend too much time in forums, so i want to limit my time i am allowed to spend daily on these websites like with an app.

In the Wellbeing-Tab we can already block websites, this section could be for adding websites in general, and then deciding if they should be blocked or time-limited

I've been wondering about this too since I use a lot of sites as web apps. I've set a time limit on the browser I use for the web apps but it doesn't always register as opening the browser when I open the web app and I seem to be able to get past the time restriction set on it.

i was coming to this github in order to do a Feature request, but as this is already an established idea, i just want to bump it.

also: GREAT app. rarely seen such a polished foss project done by a single person
