How to support ruff format only on lines of code changed

I tried darker --revision HEAD~1..:WORKTREE: . --diff -L "ruff format but that doesn't work as expected, still all python files are formatted. What is the correct usage of formatting only changed lines of code? The goal is to have similar format behavior as git-clang-format.

The -L / --lint option only affects linting the code, and also that option is deprecated since linting functionality has been moved to [Graylint].

What you want is the current unreleased master of Darker which now includes support for a --formatter=ruff command line option.
