Data sources

Several data sources (paths/urls), that could be distinct, need to be defined:

[1] server with meteor being run (i.e., port 3000)
[2] server with nifti volumes
[3] server with vtk surfaces (for 3D rendering; could be distinct from nifti location, e.g., with the INDI data, where we can't write to original data source of niftis)
[4] url of json

For 2-4, these could all be on the same server, but there are plausible cases where they won't be.
