Description

Users are unable to add new furniture items to the system. The process fails without providing a clear error message or indication of the cause.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Navigate to the Furniture management section.
2. Click on the "Add New Furniture" button.
3. Fill in all required fields (e.g., Name, Type, Dimensions, Material).
4. Click the "Save" or "Add Furniture" button.

Expected Behavior

The new furniture item should be successfully added to the system, and the user should see a confirmation message or be redirected to the furniture list.

Actual Behavior

The system does not add the new furniture item. No error message is displayed to the user, and the furniture list remains unchanged. The action appears to complete without any visible outcome.
