Shapes `ModeButton` opens Shapes Popover

On click, selects and activates the current button, while opening the popover

• Open popover with list of usable shapes (Rectangle (R), Oval (O), Triangle(I))
• Maintain the shapes button active if a shape is selected
• Default select pointer if no shape has been selected
