Rotate icon on 9th nob

Right now the 9th nob changes the cursor with a placeholder icon.
It doesn't seem the Gdk.Cursor comes with a default icon to indicate rotation.
Can we use a custom icon similar to this?

I'll make a proper SVG that we can use.
