hlae ffmpeg settings.

I can't seem to modify ffmpeg configuration when I generate videos with hlae. The audio/video codecs settings on the ffmpeg section don't seem to work for hlae.

Furthermore when I add a custom folder for mmcfg for hlae, hlae cannot exec configs from that folder. I tested this in the console when cs2 is launced via hlae. However if I move that same config to csgo/cfg folder it can exec that config.

And even though I can exec my movie config, cdsm seems to override ffmpeg settings cause whatever I change in that config the resulting video codec doesn't change.

There is not clear documentation on how to control ffmpeg settings when using hlae.
