Expose cache hits/misses

In [caching](https://doc.akka.io/libraries/akka-http/current/common/caching.html), expose the hid/miss rate.

One option would be to look into [Caffeine Statistics](https://github.com/ben-manes/caffeine/wiki/Statistics) and if we can expose this through akka-http.
