In the Donate Animals Section It is clear that it is not considering the database design since Pet Sex and Pet Age (DOB) is not being mentioned nor even being taking in consideration, my proposal is to add those fields in the donate section, so those values can be used in other sections. you know they will be captured and can be used in the easy later.
