Dynamically update freight analysis/health/verification

Specifically, given that vulnerabilities are often discovered after freight is promoted, is it possible to update the Kargo UI dynamically in order indicate visually that the freight is now vulnerable?

I've seen a demo of vulnerability scanning that leverages the custom step UI. However, custom steps are not supported in OSS, and furthermore, as I wrote above, vulnerabilities can be reported at any time.

Would it make sense to add a Vulnerability Status to Freight?

Would it be possible to report new vulnerabilities via the Health Status? Or a dynamically updated analysis or verification?
