• Update windows install/uninstall logic as the same pattern as darwin and linux.
• Use sudo-prompt or other alternative to handle access rights.
• @thinkholic will provide a solution for windows cache issue
• Let's remove batch files in src/etc
• Complete update logic once installing and uninstalling fixed.
