Questions about robot vacuums and blocking internet access

I am looking into buying a robot vacuum, but I do not want it connected to the internet. A quick update here and there is fine if I must, but ideally it will never go online.

1. Do all robot vacuums work with Local mode, or only some?
2. Does Local mode allow me to fully block the device from accessing the internet on a firewall level?

I'm mainly looking at the S10+, S20+ and X20+ models. I see in past discussions there was some mentions of features, like specifying whether or not to mop, that didn't quote work, but those threads concluded to using a different integration.

1. Are features like this more stable now?
2. Are there any basic vacuum/mop functions that specifically don't work when using this integration?
