I found a solution for this. You can enable the native start_time and end_time properties by using the "Customizing device" option in the integration.

Here are the steps:

1. Click "Add entry" in the integration panel.
2. Select "Customizing device (自定义设备) <推荐>".
3. Choose your device from the list.
4. In the number_properties field, add: start_time,end_time.
5. Remove them from the exclude_miot_properties field.
6. Click Submit.
7. A "Xiaomi: Customizes" entry will show up in your integration devices list. Click the Config wheel on it and follow the prompts to add the device.

After this, you will get the start-time and end-time number entities. You can control the screen schedule by setting these values using the formula: (Hour * 60) + Minute.

Example:

• Screen OFF at 02:43:
  Calculation: 2 * 60 + 43 = 163.
  Set start_time to 163.
• Screen ON at 10:15:
  Calculation: 10 * 60 + 15 = 615.
  Set end_time to 615.
