Slow gui after minutes of inactivity

Issue Description

I'm facing a strange issue here, after 1-2 minutes of inactivity and not sleep mode when i resume activity the gui responce and animations are very slow and also i see in the istats menu cpu is working full throttle.
After about 30 seconds all returns to normal .
