Button to swap contents of Name and Description fields

When I share from other apps to Todoist, it populates the Name field with long URLs that it then shortens, none of which is the actual action I intend to do with the item. What I do is move the contents of the Name to the Description and then write the action I intend to perform in the Name. It would be incredibly handy to have a button or some easy way to simply swap the text of the Name and Description Fields when editing a task.
