[BUG] Nested property claims do not show until refresh

Issue

When a nested property claim is added (i.e. P1.1) it does not initially show. A refresh of the page is required.

Steps to Reproduce

A new case was created with a goal claim, strategy, and first-level property claim. All displayed immediately. A child property claim was added to the P1 element but it did not appear on the canvas until a screen refresh.
