Summary

Private data is often stored in the cloud. We should scope a way to securely access this data and scope it to specific uers.

Very rough idea:

The Data Safe Haven have been working with private endpoints for storage accounts. Can we develop a URL parameter to parse the private endpoint and the launch process mounts the storage account as a folder/volume to the server/pod being spun up (and only that one)?
