HTML Validator

For fun, ran stuff through an HTML validator. Would be nice to get stuff to perfectly valid HTML5. Biggest problem is all the tags in our navbar that aren't actually links. Are those necessary?

If they're not links, the bootstrap css screws up. Bootstrap wants
everything up there to be a link.
