declare a consumer tag with BasicConsume Error #355
Description
When the PC's wifi disconnected and sent message error with socket error，I quit the program with exit(EXIT_FAILURE).
But then I get a BasicConsume error when I restart the program and re-declare the receive queue consumer tag with BasicConsume. Anybody can help me？THANKS
