Fix the URL links in the "usage" tables

In the tables of https://github.com/alastria/alastria-identity/wiki/Alastria-ID-flows#2-alastria-id-regular-usage-us-2x some links do not refer to the correct site/US.

As seen in the following example, old numbering is being used. We have to fix it and point to the new numbering.
