fead: add support for Cloudsmith

Currently, garf supports only JFrog Artifactory remote repositories. The intention is to also expand support for other kinds of registries and destinations in the future.

One option that would be interesting to support given it's free tier and simplicity to use is Cloudsmith.
They also support a raw repository type which is comparable to Generic in JFrog.

As a user, I would like garf to support Cloudsmith, so I can easily mirror artifacts there.

While working on this, it became clear that I would have to hold off on trying and validating the Cloudsmith integration due to the raw artifact type requiring a Pro subscription.
